Salvation Army in Hesperia Reopens After Four-Month Closure Due to Arson Incident

HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The Salvation Army is thrilled to welcome shoppers and donors back to its Hesperia Thrift Store, which reopened on Saturday, November 2, 2024, following a four-month closure due to an arson incident and a comprehensive remodel.

Since first opening in 2007, the 23,000-square-foot store has become a cornerstone of the High Desert community, attracting around 100,000 shoppers each year and providing local employment for a dedicated team of 14.

With its revitalized and inviting space, the Hesperia Thrift Store is ready to serve the community once more, offering a friendly donation drop-off experience and an excellent selection of quality goods at great value.
