Roundabout, Turn Lane And Bike Path Planned For Yucca Loma Road In Apple Valley

APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The Town of Apple Valley announced Wednesday, March 18, 2026, that major improvements are planned for Yucca Loma Road between Rincon Road and Navajo Road.

According to the town, the project will widen the roadway from two lanes to three lanes by adding a center turn lane. Plans also include a new Class I bike path aimed at improving safety and travel conditions for drivers and cyclists.

A roundabout is also planned at the intersection of Yucca Loma Road and Rincon Road. The town said the roundabout is expected to improve safety, reduce congestion and keep traffic moving.
