Rock Springs bridge in Apple Valley closed due to black ice

APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Firefighters traveling on Rock Springs Road reported multiple vehicles involved in spinouts on the bridge at about 7:45 am Friday.
Firefighters at the scene reported multiple vehicles were involved and requested a hard closure on the bridge between Hesperia and Apple Valley.
The town of Apple Valley’s Public Works Department was requested to set up the closure.
No injuries were reported in the incident. Information on how long the bridge is expected to remain closed was not available.
