APPLE VALLEY-(VVNG.com): Bringing the holiday spirit through a thoughtfully decorated place of business is something Jennifer Kelly and her family took pride in. On Tuesday, December 8th at about 2:45 a.m. a male suspect took all that away when he went to the business located near Highway 18 and Central Road. The man was caught on surveillance footage stripping the business of the Christmas decorations that they took the time to put up.
“It’s not about the money, it’s what else are they stealing around town that makes me so mad,” said Jennifer Kelly. Kelly said they have been at the location for about two and a half years and nothing like this has ever happened to them before. “Our company has been located in Apple Valley since the early 70’s. It’s a family owned underground pipeline company,” she added.
The theft was reported to Deputy Gibbons from the Apple Valley Station when the discovery was made early Tuesday morning. If anyone has any information they are asked to contact the Apple Valley Police Department at: (760) 240-7400.
