Investigators from the Morongo Basin Sheriff’s Station are asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing person.
On Friday, March 14, 2014, deputies received a report of a missing person identified as 53-year-old Cheryl Rogers. She’s described as a white female, 5’9”, 130 lbs., Blonde hair, Blue eyes and possibly driving a 2003 Volkswagen Jetta, CA license 5AKS618.
Rogers contacted her brother from the Joshua Tree National Park on March 12, 2014 and has not been heard from since. Rogers has lived in New Mexico recently and may have left California.
