Public Meeting Set to Discuss Future Development of Victorville

VICTORVILLE: The City Council of the City of Victorville has scheduled a joint workshop meeting with the Victorville Planning Commission for Wednesday, March 12 at 6:00PM. The city would like input from residents, land owners, business owners, realtors, and developers as they discuss potential design standards, development standards, and lot sizes.

Up for discussion will be the latest recommendation made by Victorville city staff to up the minimum lot size for new single-family residential districts from 7,200 square feet to 10,000-square-feet. 

This meeting is a follow-up to a strategic planning session where goals were set to improve the quality and safety of neighborhoods. The City Council invites all interested parties to come to the meeting to hear about and provide input into the future of our city. 

The joint meeting on Wednesday will take place inside Council Chambers at 14343 Civic Drive in Victorville.
