Public Invited to Funeral for Baby Found at Advance Disposal

HESPERIA:(VVNG.com)- A brand new life gone too soon, that is how most would describe the discovery of the newborn girl found at Advance Disposal on October 1st. The workers at Advance Disposal were shocked and are still quite shaken up after the heart wrenching discovery. The employee who found the body of the baby girl had to take time off of work in order to gather his thoughts. Its safe to say that after this discovery, his life will likely be forever changed.

The community has followed this story about inhumane treatment of the remains of this tiny human being found on the conveyor amongst garbage. The cause of death is still yet to be released.  Even with the cause unknown, a proper burial will help heal at least some of the wounds and turn what could have just been a inhumane ending, into a beautiful tribute to the life of the deceased baby girl.

The funeral for this tiny baby girl has been organized by Garden of Angels, an organization created to provide dignity and a name to a child that would ordinarily be buried only using a number. This great organization, not only bury these tiny unwanted babies, but provide education to those that feel that they are unable or unwilling to parent their baby. They spread the word and encourage others to assist them in spreading the word that they can legally and confidentially surrender their baby to any employee at a hospital or fire station.
Garden of Angels lead in the effort to bring the Safe Surrender for Newborns law to California. The law became effective in 2001. The law has been successful in saving the lives of 621 newborns from January 1, 2001 to March 31, 2014, from January to March 2014 alone 15 newborns have been surrendered in California.

The funeral for the baby girl will be held at 11:00 a.m., on Saturday at Calvary Chapel of the High Desert in Hesperia. The public is invited to attend. The body of the baby girl will be picked up from the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Corner on Friday for the funeral. The burial will be on October 17th in the Garden of Angels at the Desert Lawn Cemetery. The beautiful and peaceful cemetery is located at  22365 Barton Road, Suite 108, Grand Terrace, CA 92313.
