Preliminary 4.6 earthquake hits near Barstow…did you feel it?

BARSTOW, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A preliminary 4.6 magnitude earthquake struck near the town of Barstow Friday night.
The quake was initially reported to be a 4.7 but was later downgraded to a 4.6 magnitude.
According to the USGS, the quake was reported at 7:03 pm on January 24, 2020, approximately 14 miles from Barstow.
So far there have been no reports of any damages.
Many people who have downloaded the Shake App in the Victor Valley reported they received no notification/alert.
People have reported feeling the shaking all over the Victor Valley and even down to Los Angeles.
