Police searching for suspects involved in shooting outside Stater Brothers in Victorville

VICTORVILLE, Calif. ( — An argument involving multiple males resulted in a shooting in the parking lot of a busy Victorville shopping center on Tuesday afternoon.

At about 3:15 pm on July 2, 2019, deputies responded to reports of shots fired in the parking lot of Stater Brothers in the 15200 block of Hook Blvd.

Sheriff’s deputies arrived at the location and learned several unknown males were involved in an argument outside the location.

“The argument lead to at least one of the parties firing a weapon and hitting a vehicle. The parties involved in the argument fled the location after the shooting,” stated a sheriff’s news release.

An extensive search was conducted by deputies with the assistance of Sheriff’s Aviation Division. Currently, all the involved are still outstanding. 

Authorities said the investigation into this incident is ongoing and anyone who witnessed the incident or may have information about it is asked to contact Deputy F. Demara or Detective S.
