VICTORVILLE,Calif:(VVNG.com)- Police have set up a perimeter and are actively searching for a suspect in connection with a possible stolen tractor-trailer.
According to scanner traffic, on Sunday, January 3, 2016 at about 2:35 P.M., the stolen semi was located driving southbound on National Trails Highway and eventually entered the southbound 15 freeway.
The suspect ditched the tractor-trailer on the Bear Valley Road off-ramp and foot bailed towards restaurant row on Amargosa Road.
The suspect is described as a White Male Adult, 5’10”, with short blonde hair, wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans (possibly Wrangler) and black shoes. A Sheriff’s helicopter is over head assisting ground units while police are continuing to actively search the surrounding area and businesses for the suspect.
