
APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) – Sheriff’s officials are conducting a death investigation at a home in the 20800 block of Teton Road in Apple Valley.
“Investigators from the Specialized Investigations Division are conducting a death investigation of a deceased male located inside,” stated sheriff’s spokeswoman Jodi Miller.
As of 1:30 pm, on Monday, January 15, 2018, Crime Scene Investigators and detectives are continuing to comb through the inside of the home and could be seen removing many items from the inside for evidence.
According to scanner traffic, the victim’s sister drove the location after learning her brother had been shot. She looked through a window saw a bloodied body down inside. A deputy arrived on scene and forced entry inside the residence, he confirmed the male was deceased.
Sheriff’s officials haven’t released any additional information surrounding the death.
