Police investigating shooting that left one man dead in Oro Grande

ORO GRANDE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Authorities are investigating a shooting that left one man dead in Oro Grande Wednesday.
Just before 11:00 am, on May 22, 2019, deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to reports of a domestic disturbance and a shooting at a residence in the 14400 block of Robinson Ranch Road.
Sheriff’s spokeswoman Jodi Miller told Victor Valley News deputies arrived and located a male victim suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. The male was transported to a local hospital.
“A second male subject was located at the residence and was detained by deputies,” stated Miller.
Miller confirmed the male victim was later pronounced deceased at the hospital.
Homicide investigators responded to the location and are conducting the investigation. Miller said the investigation is ongoing, no further details are available at this time.
