VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A man was flown to a trauma center following an early morning shooting in the Cypress Pointe Community in Victorville.
At about 2:50 am, sheriff’s deputies responded to a residence in the 15000 block of Apache Plume Lane reference a domestic situation with two people arguing, sheriff’s spokeswoman Cindy Bachman told Victor Valley News.
Details on the shooting are scarce, however, sheriff’s officials confirmed a male was airlifted to a trauma center with injuries to his legs.
“The female half called police and the male half was outside the home when someone approached and shot him,” said Bachman.
The investigation is ongoing and information will be updated as it becomes available.
