Police investigating armed robbery at Tropicana Liquor in Hesperia

HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — The Tropicana Liquor in Hesperia was robbed at gunpoint earlier this week, officials said.
It happened on Monday, February 10, 2020, at about 11:00 pm, in the 14800 block of Main Street.
Sheriff’s officials said two suspects entered the location and demanded money from the register. One of the suspects was armed with a gun.
“The suspects took over $300 from the register and demanded the clerk wait in the back room of the location while the suspects fled,” stated sheriff’s spokesperson Taylor Reynolds.
Additional information on the suspects was not available at the time of this article.
The investigation is still on-going and anyone with information is asked to call the Hesperia Police Department at 760-947-1500.
