Police find stolen property during a search warrant in Adelanto

A gun and ammunition was also recovered

ADELANTO, Calif. (VVNG.com) – Two young Adelanto men were arrested after deputies found them with stolen property, ammunition, and a gun during a search warrant.

Jeremiah Stewart, 19, and Isiah Stewart, 18, were both contacted by Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station Deputies at a residence in the 11000 block of Lee Avenue on January 24, 2018.

According to a sheriff’s news release, “deputies found stolen property at the residence from a previous burglary that occurred in the city of Adelanto, .22 caliber ammunition and a .22 caliber revolver.”

Stewart is an ex-felon, currently on felony probation. He was arrested for possession of stolen property, felon in possession of ammunition and a gun, and was booked at the High Desert Detention Center on $60,000.00 bail and a no bail probation hold.

Isiah Stewart was arrested for possession of stolen property, and was booked at the High Desert Detention Center where he was later released.
