Police arrest man wanted for secretly photographing women in Target

APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Police arrested the suspect wanted for using his cell phone to secretly photograph women inside an Apple Valley Target.

The suspect, Troy Millard, 29, a resident of Apple Valley, was arrested in the 14900 block of Dale Evans Parkway on Thursday afternoon.

The incident happened on Tuesday, May 14, 2019, at approximately 5:30 p.m., deputies responded to a report of an invasion of privacy that occurred at the Target located at 19201 Bear Valley Road.

Deputies learned the suspect used his mobile phone to secretly photograph the undergarments of the two females; one of whom was wearing a dress.

After the incident, the male fled the store through the parking lot to an unknown vehicle. 

Deputy Rollins identified the suspect asnTroy Millard and arrested him for Invasion of Privacy. The suspect was later issued a citation with a court date and released from custody, officials said.
