Pizza delivery driver robbed at gunpoint in Adelanto

ADELANTO, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Authorities are searching for suspects who robbed a pizza driver at gunpoint in Adelanto.

It happened on Tuesday, September 25, 2018, at 10:03 pm, deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to the report of a robbery in the 15100 block of Ivy Ct., in Adelanto.

According to a sheriff’s news release, the victim, a 48-year-old male was delivering pizza when he was approached by three black male adults and robbed at gunpoint.

“The suspects stole an undisclosed amount of cash and the victim’s car keys. The keys were later found nearby,” stated the release.

Sheriff’s officials said there was no vehicle seen and there is no other suspect description available at this time.

The investigation is continuing and anyone with information regarding this crime is urged to contact the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station Detective Division, (760) 552-6800.
