Phelan’s Mistletoe Light Show (Video)

PHELAN
-(VVNG.com): If your family is seeking a wonderful holiday experience without breaking the bank one great way is locating beautiful light displays to get their family in the Christmas spirit. There are several locations in the Victor Valley that have one or two homes with beautiful light displays, but there is nothing else quite like the Mistletoe Light Show in Phelan.

The Mistletoe light show located at 2478 Sierra Road in the city of Phelan is a small drive from most Victor Valley, but is sure to please, especially those with children. The elaborate 2 acre display is free to enter by vehicle or on foot. Donations are appreciated and go to Breast Cancer Awareness, Childhood Cancer, Leukemia, & SMA (Spinal muscular atrophy). You can also watch the show from the train which drives slowly through the area slowly so you can experience everything almost as if you were walking through for only $1 per person.  Also, your children can visit Santa Claus and Mrs. Claus while you are there and if you bring a camera, you can snap a couple of photos.

The light show is put on yearly by the Rothwell family of Phelan. The hours are Sunday through Thursday 6pm to 8pm and Friday 6pm-9pm (weather permitting). Dates are November 27th through December 27th and since Santa has such a busy month, he is only available on Friday and Saturday.

Take your family for a low cost or free family fun holiday experience. If you can afford to donate they ask that you give a donation in any size that you would like to, if you are unable to the Rothwell family would still like to welcome you to come enjoy this beautiful light show.
