NEWBERRY SPRINGS, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Authorities are investigating after a person was found dead on New Year’s Eve.
At about 4:30 am, on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, deputies from the Barstow Sheriff’s Station responded to the area of the I-15 freeway and Field Road after receiving reports of a deceased person.
Sheriff’s spokeswoman Jodi Miller told VVNG “a death investigation is being conducted, a deceased person was found outside of their vehicle.”
No other information was available for release at the time of this article.
