Pedestrian struck and killed on I-15 Saturday night in Hesperia

HESPERIA, Calif, (VVNG.com) — A pedestrian was struck and killed on the I-15 freeway Saturday night.

It happened on the southbound I-15, south of Oak Hill Road at 8:13 pm on November 16, 2019.

According to the California Highway Patrol incident logs, a reporting party witnessed a male climb over the barrier and run into lanes. Per the logs, the pedestrian was struck by multiple vehicles.

San Bernardino County Fire arrived on scene and pronounced one person dead at the scene.

CHP has started a traffic break south of Ranchero Road. The no. 1 & 2 lanes are currently blocked as officials investigate.
