VICTORVILLE-(VVNG.com): On Thursday, August 20th at about 9:30 a.m. dispatch received a report of naked man dragging a woman and trying to remove her clothing on Stoddard Wells Road near the Iron Bridge.
Authorities say, that the incident was between two homeless individuals. The woman, currently has a domestic violence restraining order against him, but they are now back together despite this order.
The 23-year-old man, identified as David Matthew Bradley was arrested at 10:20 a.m. for the violation of the restraining order. Victorville Sheriff’s Station Spokesman, Sgt. David Burgess said that the man was partially naked and was pulling the woman, but was not taking her clothing off.
Bradley was booked into the High Desert Detention Center in lieu of $25,000 bail and is scheduled for a Monday, August 24th Arraignment hearing.
