One Transported for Smoke Inhalation After Victorville House Fire

VICTORVILLE-(VVNG.com): On Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at approximately 4:30 P.M. dispatch received a report of a structure fire on the 12200 block of Black Hills Road in Victorville.
Per scanner traffic, upon approaching the 2-story single family dwelling San Bernardino County Firefighters reported smoke showing from approximately 2 blocks away.
All occupants of the home were reported outside of the home prior to the arrival of firefighters.
When firefighters reached the home, they reported flames and smoke showing from the garage area of the home. A detailed search of the home was conducted and checked out negative for any occupants inside.
One occupant of the home was transported to Desert Valley Hospital for smoke inhalation.
By 4:50 P.M., the fire was fully extinguished. A San Bernardino County Fire Department investigator is enroute (as of 5:00 p.m.) to determine the cause of the fire.
