PHELAN: (VVNG.com)- Firefighters were dispatched to a report of a three vehicle traffic collision with injuries on Friday, October 17, 2014 at approximately 7:50 p.m. Upon arrival they discovered two vehicles, a silver Ford Fusion and a black Toyota Camry had collided at the intersection of Duncan Road and Johnson Road in Phelan.
Two people required extrication from the Toyota Camry. An airship was requested with a designated landing zone at the Stater Brothers shopping center located on Sheep Creek and Phelan Road.
One immediate patient was transported by air ambulance to Loma Linda Medical Center with unknown injuries. Three additional delayed patients were transported by ground ambulances to local hospitals.
The exact cause of the collision is currently unknown.
