VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Valley Hi Toyota’s semi-annual Used Car Giveaway is in full swing and the dealership is offering local Veterans a chance to win.
Two weeks ago, the local Toyota dealership garnered over 25 thousand views when it unveiled the Toyota Matrix as the vehicle for Used Car Giveaway 17 and the easiest way to qualify to become a finalist by simply placing “IWANNAWIN” on the comments section.
Then last Thursday, they announced the finalists via randomly selecting comments from the contest for a total of seven.
“We know your time is precious and we know that we can spread the news faster by creating a fun way to participate in our contests,” said Brian Ortega, Creative Director at Valley Hi Toyota. Ortega went onto Facebook Live along with General Manager, Todd Stokes to randomly select those four finalists.
After the announcement, Valley Hi Toyota presented the opportunity to nominate Veterans or Active Duty military members to become finalists. “We created a simple form to fill out on our website (Android here) for you to honor a veteran by nominating them to become one of 4 to be selected as a finalist. It’s Veterans Day and we wanted to specifically focus this round on our Service Members.”
Nominations are open to Veterans or Active Duty military personnel who have a valid CA Drivers License. Four out of the total 25 finalists will randomly be selected on Facebook Live after Thursday, November 15, when the final submissions are due.

The next round of competition reopens after the names are broadcasted Friday, November 16, at 3pm.
