BARSTOW, Calif. — A 31-year-old Albuquerque, New Mexico man was arrested for burglary and possession of stolen property, officials said.

On February 25, 2018, at approximately 8:25 pm, the victim exited the Dairy Queen at 25635 Crucero Road in Ludlow and witnessed an unknown male smash a window on her vehicle.
