Shop owner Linda Gonzalez Rivera said she will host a soft opening for Pinky’s on Friday followed by the grand opening on Saturday, April 22nd.

As a way to give back to the community and those affected by cancer, Linda opened the first Pinky’s location in Phoenix, Arizona nearly five years ago donating a portion of her sales back to cancer research.
During the grand opening Linda will be raffling off a TV, bike, and espresso machine. All the money raised from the raffle will go to St. Jude’s hospital.
Customers who walk into the parlor will immediately notice the various cancer ribbons adorning the floor.
Pinky’s will also serve cotton candy, caramel apples, cupcakes, and milkshake floats.
Linda said some of her customer’s favorite treats to order are the ice cream cookie or the donut sandwich. two big cookies with two scoops of ice cream in the middle. The Donut sandwich ice cream a glazed donut with two scoops of ice cream inside.
