New Circle K gas station coming to Balsam and Nisqualli Roads in Victorville

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A new Circle K gas station and convenience store is coming to the corner of Nisqualli and Balsam Roads across the street from the First Assembly of God church in Victorville.
Circle K purchased the land for $2.85M in an all-cash transaction and plans to build a 5,881-square-foot convenience grocery store with beer and wine sales, a 1,262 -square-foot automated car wash and a 10-pump fueling canopy which will provide service to 20 vehicles.
The 3-acre project was split into a 2-acre parcel which will contain the Circle K development and a 1-acre parcel intended for a future development.
The project will result in some significant road improvements to both Nisqualli and Balsam Roads.
The convenience market is one of Circle K’s new prototype stores where the focus of the store is on food services. The floor-plan is a wide and open feeling.
A high-end security surveillance system which includes door frame cameras that capture a clear picture of every person entering the store will be installed.
The entire facility is planned to operate 24/7 with 1-3 employees per shift and the development is projected to open in mid-2019.
