Music Store in Hesperia puts shoplifter on blast

HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Roll Over Beethoven’s Music Store in Hesperia decided to put a shoplifting suspect on blast.

“Thief! This lovely specimen of a sub human ran off with a Fender Redondo guitar and a Becker violin on Sunday,” stated the company in a Facebook post.

The Hesperia Sheriff’s Station said it happened on February 24, 2019, in the 16100 block of Main Street in Hesperia.

Sheriff’s Service Specialist Edgar Moran said at about 3:06 pm, they received a shoplifting call from Roll Over Beethoven in regards to a male running out of the store with a violin and guitar.

According to Moran, “the staff originally was not aware of the theft until a customer informed them. Video surveillance showed the subject selecting and then running out with the items.”

The suspect was described as a White male adult, balding, wearing red satin jacket and black hood.

Moran said it’s unknown if the subject fled on foot or in a vehicle and the stolen property is valued at $700.00.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Hesperia Sheriff’s Station at (760)947-1500.
