Multiple People Injured in Major Damage Crash

VICTORVILLE:(VVNG.com)- Multiple people including two juveniles were injured following a two-vehicle traffic collision on Monday evening.
For unknown reasons, a white Kia minivan, and a gold Chevy Tahoe collided at the intersection of 3rd Avenue and Nisqualli Road in Victorville. The major damage collision was reported at about 5:20 PM, on May 23rd.
Per scanner traffic, five patients were reported to have injuries. According to witness Danielle Vaca, several patients including two young children were lying on the ground being treated by first responders.
An air ambulance was requested to transport two juveniles, a 4-year-old and a 3-year-old to Loma Linda Medical Center with unknown injuries. A second airship was requested to transport a third adult patient with unknown injuries.
Authorities have issued a hard road closure on Nisqualli Road between 2nd Avenue and 4th Avenue. The Major Accident Investigation Team (M.A.I.T.) has been requested to respond to the scene.
