CAJON PASS, Calif. (VVNG.com)- A crash involving 3 semis and several vehicles is causing traffic delays for motorists going down the Cajon Pass Monday afternoon.
At about 3:00 p.m., the California Highway Patrol received reports of a traffic collision involving as many as 10 vehicles on the southbound I-15 near Highway 138.
The crash involved three tractor-trailers and multiple vehicles including a blue BMW sedan, white Honda CRV, a white Toyota Camry, and a blue pickup truck.
No injuries were reported as a result of the collision.
According to Victor Valley News member Kristian A. Loeza, traffic through the pass was extremely slow and moving at about 2mph. “It starts slowing down at about Oak Hill and continues to get slow till you pass the 138.”
Caltrans District 8 posted on Facebook saying the #4 lane will be closed for an unknown duration.
The cause of the crash is currently under investigation.
