Motorcyclist Dies From Injuries Sustained in Hesperia Crash

HESPERIA, CALIF.(VVNG.com)- A motorcyclist involved in a crash died as a result of injuries sustained in a single motorcycle crash on Main Street in Hesperia.
On Thursday, October 27, 2016, at approximately 12:28 a.m., deputies were dispatched to a report of a motorcycle down in the roadway at Main Street and Eleventh Avenue in the City of Hesperia.
Upon arrival, deputies located the victim, a male rider of a Suzuki motorcycle. Deputies on scene rendered CPR to the victim until he was transported to Desert Valley Hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The victim’s name is withheld pending notification of next of kin.
Westbound Main Street was closed for approximately five hours to conduct this investigation.
The cause of the collision is under investigation by the Hesperia Station Major Accident Investigation Team (MAIT). Sheriff’s spokeswoman Karen Hunt told Victor Valley News, “we don’t know if there was another vehicle involved at this point.”
