Motorcyclist From Australia Killed in Crash on National Trails Highway

LUDLOW, Calif. (VVNG.com) A 51-year-old motorcyclist from Australia was fatally injured in a Sunday afternoon crash.
At 2:45 p.m. the California Highway Patrol received a 911 call reporting a single motorcycle accident on National Trails Highway near the East Pisgah Crossing on the BNSF main line.
Officers and emergency medical personnel responded and found Jayson Hinder unresponsive at the scene.
Hinder did not respond to medical aid and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to officials, hinder lost control of his Yamaha Motorcycle after failing to negotiate a left hand curve.
CHP incident logs indicated the motorcycle collided with a pole.
The Barstow CHP office is investigating the crash.
