Motorcyclist airlifted after fiery crash on Ranchero Road in Hesperia

HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A motorcyclist was critically injured in a fiery crash on Ranchero Road Wednesday afternoon.
It happened at about 4:43 pm on Ranchero Road, near Topaz Avenue in Hesperia.
Witness Priscilla Reynoso said the crash happened right in front of her and she’s not sure what caused the rider to lose control of the bike.
Priscilla said everything happened fast she saw the rider fly into the other lane and his bike caught fire in a matter of seconds.
“My husband and a few other people ran to the man’s rescue because he was unconscious and they just wanted to move him away from the burning bike,” stated Reynoso.
A helicopter landed at the scene and airlifted the rider to an out of area trauma center. An update on the rider’s condition was not available.
Additional information will be updated as it becomes available.
