Motorcycle rider airlifted after crashing with bicyclist in Victorville

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A 23-year-old male motorcyclist was airlifted after crashing into a man riding a bicycle on Saturday evening.
The crash happened at about 9:15 p.m. near the entrance of the southbound 15 Freeway onramp at Palmdale Road on August 18, 2018.
According to the bicycle rider, who declined treatment at the scene, he was riding in the bike lane when he was struck by the motorcyclist.
The motorcyclist was transported to Victor Valley Global Medical Center by AMR and then further airlifted to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center with unknown injuries.
The Palmdale Road onramp was briefly closed while the California Highway Patrol investigated the crash.
