ORO GRANDE-(VVNG.com): A mother and her son from Oro Grande were arrested on Thursday, November 19th after deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station Proactive Enforcement Unit responded to their home after receiving an anonymous tip.
Victor Valley deputies responded to the 9200 block of Yucca Terrace Drive in Phelan to conduct a probation check. The occupant 26-year-old Jared Sessler, who is currently on probation, was not home; however, deputies located a stolen, stripped 2005 Honda Civic stolen out of the City of El Monte.
When they arrived at the home in the 14400 block of Melrose in Oro Grande they made contact with Kyler Sessler, 20 and his mother, Kelly Sessler, 49. While at the home of the mother and son, deputies located a stolen 2006 Honda Motorcycle. The motorcycle was reported stolen on November 4th from Barstow during a residential burglary. Deputies were able to determine that Kyler and his brother, Jared were responsible for the Barstow robbery.
Kyler Sessler was arrested for possession of stolen property, burglary and vehicle theft and booked at the High Desert Detention Center. He is currently being held in lieu of 90,000.00. Kelly Sessler was arrested for warrants and booked at the High Desert Detention Center.
Jared Sessler is currently outstanding and deputies are asking for the communities’ assistance in locating him.
