UPDATE: 13-Year-Old Girl From Hesperia Found Safely

UPDATE 2/22 @ 12:10 AM– The teen has been safely located. No other details are available.
HESPERIA, Calif. (VVNG.com)- Authorities are actively searching for missing 13-year-old Maria Uribe, a resident of Hesperia.
On Tuesday, February 21st at about 9:00 p.m., an electronic recording went out advising the public of the missing teen.
According to the recording, Maria was last seen on Tuesday, February 21st at 3:22 p.m., in the 13000 block of Cedar Street.
Jessica Herrera Govea, a family friend, said Maria is a student at Cedar Middle School and never made it home from school.
Maria is described as Hispanic, 5’2″, 130 lbs., with brown hair and green eyes. She was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweater, blue jeans, gray converse, and is possibly carrying a black backpack.
