Memorial information for Army Specialist Killed in Apple Valley Shooting

APPLE VALLEY:(VVNG.com)- On Monday, September 29th at approximately 9:40pm, Army Specialist Daniel Yarbrough was sitting in the drivers seat of his white Volkswagen Jetta when he was shot through his vehicle causing his death.
Family, friends as well as those serving in the military with him, are shocked about the senseless crime that took the life of their loved one. The shooting that took place on Muni Road in Apple Valley is still under investigation, there is no information about the circumstances surrounding the shooting or if any suspects were apprehended at this time.
Spc. Yarbrough, was well-liked member of D Company from the 181st Brigade Support Battalion (BSB) of the National Guard in Barstow. Friends and family have arranged to have a memorial Thursday, October 2nd on the 16200 block of Muni Road at 6:00 p.m. They are welcoming those who wish to remember Yarbrough or support those who are mourning the loss.
