Man That Lost his Life in I-15 Crash ID’d

CAJON PASS-(VVNG.com): The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s-Coroner identified the man that died as a result of an April 4th I-15 traffic collision.
At around 9:43 p.m. the California Highway Patrol responded to a two-vehicle collision on the northbound I-15 near Cleghorn Road.
When officers arrived they located a 35-year-old man later identified as Victorville resident Jeffery Rachal, in a 1998 Ford Sedan that struck a pickup truck stopped on the left shoulder.
Rachal was declared dead at the scene by San Bernardino County Fire Department personnel at around 10:04 p.m.
Family and friends have set up two go fund me accounts, one to help fund his funeral and the other to help provide for some of the needs of his newborn son.
