Man Steals Over $4000 Worth of Cigarettes From Phelan Store

PHELAN, Calif. (VVNG.com) A Circle K store released footage of a man who stole from their delivery truck on Thursday morning.
The black male adult was captured on surveillance making off with two boxes of Newport cigarettes at around 10:30 a.m. at the store located at 7601 CA-138, in Phelan.
The Black male adult was wearing a black jacket, dark pants, and white shoes. He fled the scene in a white Honda.
Each box had a total of 30 cartons of cigarettes for a combined value of $4300, store employees said.
