Man robbed of iPad while taking photos in old town Victorville

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A man photographing oldtown Victorville on his iPad was the victim of a robbery, officials said.
It happened on February 19, 2020, at about 11:50 am., in the area of C and Seventh Streets.
The victim reported he was in the area taking photos of buildings with his iPad when an unknown male suspect grabbed the iPad and ran, officials said.
Deputies responded and conducted a search of the area for the suspect who was not located.
The victim described the suspect as a black male in his 30’s, approximately 6’1” tall with a thin build and cornrows. He was last seen wearing a brown shirt and tight blue jeans.
