Man Arrested In Alleged Sexual Assault Of 14-Year-Old Girl In Apple Valley; Additional Victims Sought
APPLE VALLEY, Calif. (VVNG.com) — Freddy Cisneros, a 23-year-old, Fontana resident was arrested following a year-long investigation for alleged sex crimes with a 14-year-old- girl in Apple Valley.
In May 2025, the underage victim was contacted by the suspect, Freddy Cisneros, through a social media platform, according to a written statement from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department.
“Shortly thereafter, Cisneros met with the victim in the town of Apple Valley. During the encounter, the suspect sexually assaulted the victim,” stated the statement.
Deputies responded to the incident location and assumed the investigation.
After a year-long investigation, detectives from the Apple Valley Station identified and arrested the suspect in the City of Fontana on June 9, 2026. Cisneros was booked at West Valley Detention Center and charged with having sex with a minor under the age of sixteen.
During the investigation it was found that the suspect was working as a tow truck driver and living in El Monte at the time of the assault. Detectives are releasing Cisneros’ booking photograph due to concerns that there may be additional victims.
