Lucerne Valley Man Arrested for Possession of Meth

LUCERNE VALLEY:(VVNG.com)- On Wednesday, September 10, 2014, detectives and deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station assisted the San Bernardino County Probation Department with probation compliance checks.

During a compliance check of a residence in the 29000 block of Laramie in Lucerne Valley, 43-year-old Eric Timothy Obrien, who had a current warrant for his arrest, was found to be in possession of methamphetamine. When law enforcement officials knocked on the front door of the two-story residence identifying themselves, Obrien went to an upstairs window and was observed by Detective William Badger throwing a large baggie of methamphetamine out the window. Inside the residence, Probation Officer Henry Ellison located drug paraphernalia consistent with the sale of narcotics.

Eric Timothy Obrien was arrested without incident and booked at the High Desert Detention Center. He is currently being held in lieu of $50,000.00 bail.

Linda Elaine Rogers, 52 year of age, was also inside the house was out of compliance with her probation terms and was arrested without incident. Rogers was booked at the High Desert Detention Center where she is currently being held without bail.
