(VIDEO) Loz Alazanes Mexican Restaurant in Hesperia robbed at gunpoint

HESPERIA, Calif. ( — A second Los Alazanes restaurant in the Victor Valley was robbed within 48 hours of the first incident, officials confirmed.

The latest armed robbery happened just after midnight on October 22, 2019, in the 15400 block of Main Street in Hesperia.

Surveillance video obtained by VVNG shows the frightening moments as three suspects armed with a shotgun barge inside the business and jump the counter.

Sheriff’s spokesman Edgar Moran said three suspects entered the restaurant, one carrying a firearm, and demanded money from the employees.

In the video, the suspects aim the weapon toward the direction of the employees as they demand the money from the cash register.

Moran said the suspects took an unknown amount of cash and fled the business.

The Los Alazanes in the 18800 block of Bear Valley Road in Apple Valley was robbed two days ago, on October 20th. Two unknown suspects entered the restaurant and demanded an employee to open the cash register. No arrest have been made in this robbery.

Deputies conducted an extensive area check for the suspects with negative results. The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call the Hesperia Police Department at 760-947-1500.
