BARSTOW, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A LoJack signal on a stolen vehicle led to the arrest of Gary Vanleeuwen, 35, a resident of Barstow.

It happened on September 28, 2018, at approximately 5:57 pm, when the victim contacted Sheriff’s Dispatch advising that an unknown suspect had just taken her vehicle while it was parked at the Shop For Less in the 25300 block of West Main Street in Lenwood.
