Lennar Brings First Single-Family Detached 55+ Active Adult Community to Ontario

ONTARIO, Calif., — Lennar, the nation’s leading homebuilder, announced the Grand Opening of Esperanza, the first single-family detached 55+ Active Adult community in Ontario.

Dubbed Esperanza, the new community features three distinctive collections of single-family home designs.

The public is invited to experience the model homes at a Grand Opening celebration on Saturday, October 19. Doors open at 11:00 a.m.

The new community offers nine floorplans for home shoppers to choose from, available in a variety of elevation styles. Sizes range from approximately 1,381 to 2,135 square feet with two to three bedrooms and up to two and one-half bathrooms.
