ADELANTO:(VVNG.com)- An armed robbery was reported at Lee’s Donuts on the 12000 block of Air Express Way in Adelanto just before 10:30 P.M., on Sunday, April 5, 2015.
Per scanner traffic,two suspects armed with a black hang gun, covering their faces with yellow bandanas, entered the business and demanded an unknown amount of money from the cash register. No employees or customers were injured during the armed robbery.
At this time it’s unknown if the suspects left on foot or in a vehicle. Authorities are in the process of obtaining surveillance video from the business.
Ground units patrolled the surrounding area looking for the possible suspects. A Sheriff’s helicopter was also requested to assist in the search.
