Largest Industrial Park Project in Adelanto History to Break Ground

ADELANTO, Calif. (VVNG.com)- City of Adelanto officials and business leaders will join Industrial Integrity Solutions to celebrate the ground-breaking of the new HDO Industrial Park, the largest light industrial project in the city’ history.
Located near Yucca and Koala roads, the new HDO Industrial Park will consist of 21 buildings totaling 630,000 square feet.
HDO Industrial Park will create 550 permanent new jobs – at least half of which will be for Adelanto residents – while generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in fees and over $2 million in annual tax revenues for the city. In addition to the approximately 550 permanent jobs, the project also will create hundreds temporary construction and tradesman jobs during the building phase.
During the ceremony, Industrial Integrity Solutions will also announce a total charitable contribution of $100,000 in the form of grants to charities servicing Adelanto residents.
The ground breaking ceremony will be held on Thursday, Feb. 2, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at the HDO Industrial Park located on the NE Corner of Yucca Road and Muskrat Avenue in Adelanto.
