La Bufadora Baja Grill to open Victorville location in May; Now hiring

VICTORVILLE, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A new restaurant is coming to town, and it’s called La Bufadora Baja Grill.

The eatery will be occupying the building that Baja Fresh occupied until they made a quiet exit from the Victor Valley earlier this year.

“La Bufadora proudly satisfies appetites with the best authentic Mexican food. We are well known by locals for our tasty food, excellent prices, and comfortable ambiance,” the front page of the company’s website states.

The California based company has almost a dozen locations within Southern California and they’re opening more soon.

They are best known for their fish tacos, according to hundreds of Yelp reviewers.

“Literally the best fish tacos hands down! Fresh. Battered. Melt in your mouth AMAZING. But my favorite is the potato tacos! Loved every bite of it with cojita cheese, lettuce, and crema,” said one Yelp reviewer.

This is yet just another sign of the economic uptick in the Victor Valley region.

Over the past several weeks, Victor Valley News has announced several new restaurants in coming to our neighborhood.

These new tasty additions include the much anticipated Culichi Town, Texas Roadhouse, Mexico Lindo Mexican Restuarant, and the recent announcement that NORMS is scouting out a place in the High Desert.

A representative of the restaurant told Victor Valley News that they plan to open in three weeks.

In the meantime, they are hiring a Shift Manager, Cashiers, Maintenance workers, Kitchen Preparers, Cooks and more.
