ADELANTO, Calif. (VVNG.com) — A burglary investigation early Wednesday morning led to a vehicle pursuit and the arrest of an Inglewood man.
At approximately 2:42 a.m. on June 10, 2026, deputies from the Victor Valley Sheriff’s Station responded to the 17000 block of Muskrat Avenue following reports of a burglary in progress.
When deputies arrived, they observed multiple individuals fleeing the building on foot. A deputy followed two of the subjects to a black Honda that fled the area. Deputies attempted a traffic stop, but the driver refused to yield and led deputies on a pursuit at a high rate of speed.
The pursuit ended a short time later after the suspect vehicle sustained a flat tire. Deputies safely detained two occupants and continued their investigation.
According to the Sheriff’s Department, Timothy Gallardo, 30, of Inglewood, was arrested and transported to the High Desert Detention Center, where he was booked on burglary charges and evading an officer.
A 17-year-old male juvenile who was also inside the vehicle was issued a citation and released to family members.
The investigation remains ongoing.
