(VVNG.com)- A few days remain as Valley Hi Toyota in Victorville is wrapping up their popular Facebook contest, Used Car Giveaway number 10. The dealership now has over 2500 entries and is expecting more as the contest concludes in only 10 days.
“This is the exciting part,” says Brian Ortega, Social Media Marketing Manager, “The vehicle is ready to go, and knowing it will go to a deserving person or family makes the experience even more rewarding”.
Used Car Giveaway X has the added bonus of local businesses giving away prizes as well. Those who win the giveaways are still eligible for winning the vehicle. Fellow surrounding businesses were approached with giving back to the community and jumped at the opportunity. These businesses include The Brass Pickle, Harley Davidson of Victorville, Ultimate Tint and Wheel, Crossfit TI, Apollo Burgers, J. Michaels Salon and Spa, Victorville Galleria, Tonyan Coffee Roasters, The Route 66 Museum in Victorville, Richie’s Diner, M Cupcakes and Pastries, the new Starbucks on Valley Center Dr., and Good Dog Training by Charlie.
“We knew Giveaway #10 had to be extra special, and by getting more of the community involved, it became much more. I’m so glad we’re able to do this and have some fun while we’re promoting it,” says Todd Stokes, General Manager at Valley Hi Toyota.
Coral Payseur, who won a Nissan Xterra said, “Never in a million years did I think I’d win anything, let alone a car. This is something that has truly blessed my family in a time we really needed it! My husband can now get to work, my kids can get to school, and I can now go to work. Thank you so much for an opportunity like this. It’s meant more to us than anybody could ever imagine!”

Contestants are encouraged to Like and Share using the various forms of social media by using the hashtag #Iwant2BX, meaning “I want to be number 10.”
“We enjoy having conversations online with customers and friends. It’s important to us that we continue to engage our fans and followers on Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, Periscope, and everything else out there,” said Ortega. Entrants are also privy to exclusive coupons and amazing deals provided by a few of the businesses involved. Earl Osborn, winner #2 said, “[The car] enabled us to go places and do things that we couldn’t have afforded to do otherwise. It run great and gets good mileage. We are very happy with it.”
Cindy Kay won her Toyota Corolla during the holiday season, she said, “ I never thought I could win a car but I knew I would never win unless I tried. Best of luck to the future Valley Hi winners!”
